Situated in Millau, 1.6 km from Millau Train Station, Couvent de la Salette & Spa features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The couvent is truly elegant, beautifully decorated and filled with artworks. Our room was spacious, in a minimalist style, with a beautiful, large bathroom with free standing bathtub. Our breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff very friendly. Town was a short walk over the river, and we were a short drive from the famous Millau Viaduct (bridge). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!!!

The pool area is fabulous and the service was very good. All the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a lodge which was fantastic, total glamping!

Beautifully situated boutique hotel accommodation above a restaurant. Meals are excellent and there was live entertainment the night we were there. Breakfast can be provided. Delightful staff. A really nice stay and not far from Villefort: highly recommended.

This place is wonderful, just what we we had looked for: authentic hotel, family managed and a very delicious kitchen. Pool area is super relaxing and we could even go for a swim mid April. Definitely want to come back to this beautiful place.

The Hotel is like a five star hotel, although it is rated only three. The furnishings are very luxurious, the location is superb and the food was delicious. This was our favorite stay in our 21 day trip to France.

La Ferme des Cevennes is a little Paradise in the middle of the Heaven that is the Cevennes. From the moment we arrived there, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, the wonderful "receptionist" who is also chief cook, goat herder, and knowledge base on the Farm and its unique ecological orientation. The other workers there were also very nice and accommodating. All I can say: if you like Nature, and don't mind "getting away from it all", go there!
